CBC. lytes, glucose, BUN, creat, lives, TSH, b12, folate

5 or more of the following symptoms present most of the day nearly every day for 2 consecutive weeks. At least one symptom must be depressed mood or loss of interest or pleasure.

Sx inconsistent with IBS
rectal bleeding, nocturnal or progressive abd pain, weight loss, anemia, elevated inflammatory markers, lyte disturbances

If HCV test result is negative:
Anti HCV not needed, no infection

If HCV test is positive and RIBA is negative:
no HCV infection, no further action needed
