What are the three approaches to manager decision making
1.Rationality
2.Bounded rationality
3.Intuitive thinking
Rationality model
This logic approach is used to make the most optimal decision.
Bounded rationality
Like rationality model, but understands the limitations managers face with limited time and information availability/
Intuitive thinking
Make decisions based on past experiences, personal opinions, and accumulated judgmen.
Structured problems
These are problems that are common and the solution path is already known. We use programmed decisions to solve these issues.
Unstructured problems
Problems that are unusual and require custom made solutions.
Groupthink
A form of conformity, where individuals keep opinions to themselves to avoid conflict.

Refers to principals that define right and wrong behaviour
