What is Active listening?
A communication technique that involves acknowledging the message and asking questions to clarify the message to confirm what is being said.

Define Configuration Management Plan?
The plan on what project information will be recorded and how it will be recorded.
Basically how to record and maintain (aka make changes to) project artifacts.
Define Configuration Management System?
Collection of processes used to track project artifacts and monitor & control changes to them during work.
Define Version Control?
Tracking system for the documents/digital artifacts in a Configuration Management Plan/System. Has a:
*Version number
*Date/Time Stamp
*Name of user who made changes
Apply version control to all artifacts, including the Project Management Plan.

autocratic decision making - leadership driven, based on data
How does decision making empower the team?
It references the team charter and ground rules which have the criteria for making decisions and conflict resolution spelled out in them. The team establishes its own ways of working (norms) for making decisions and conflict resolution based on that criteria. Teams should ideally always try to establish consensus.
Define Planning Poker?
Its a voting technique used to achieve consensus in a team. Used for voting when prioritizing tasks. It estimates effort.

No. It builds over the time span of the project. It is a living document.

No. It is updated over the time span of the project. Its a living document.

Describe Tacit vs Explicit Knowledge?
Tacit knowledge is deeply embedded in a person’s mind through experience and intuition, making it difficult to articulate or share. Explicit knowledge, on the other hand, is readily codified, documented, and easily shared, like procedures or best practices.
Essentially, tacit knowledge is “knowing how,” while explicit knowledge is “knowing that”
