Q
What is it?
A
Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time.
Muscular endurance is often controlled by the body’s tolerance of the increasing levels of lactate, which is a by-product of the glycolytic energy pathways.
