Q

Notes?

A

20% stronger in eccentric phase. Clients will still have 3-5 extra reps in eccentric phase after concentric failure is achieved. Once C failure is achieved, PT helps client to get weight up and lets them lower for 3-5 secs per rep. Always be ready to catch the weight.

Do 3 sets of 10-12 reps then an extra 3-5 reps on the end of these 3 sets
