this is because Norway has good conditions for it with the steep narrow valleys can be dammed at different heights allow HEP to generate energy
what is a natural factor/reason to why norway use HEP
there is high rainfall and snow melt meaning there is fresh water supplies
why is fjords a problem for transport?
road building is hard with presence of fjords, however is beautiful for tourists
