Bloods - FBC, LFT, chol, OGTT
USS - liquor volume, foetal growth scans

Conservative - exercise, diet, vit D suppleents
labour plans - assess vagnial delivery risk
Post natal - T2DM test

Complications -
GDM, pre eclampsia, Infection , overdue preg, labour difficulties, misscarriage
Prog = 1/3 of maternal death are obese mothers
