SS- lesion on abdo 50% of time->widespread blisters
Mx- relieve prutitus and prevent new blisters with topical steroids/oral pred

Polymorphic eruption of pregnancy

self limiting pruitis inflam disorder
also known as PUPPP - umbilical sparing
present 3rd trim or immediate post partum

Sx- begin lower abdo, involve preg striae -> extend to thigh, buttocks, legs, arms, SPARING UMBILICUS

Mx- symptomatic

Complication- preterm and SGA

Sx- excoriated papules on limbs, abdo, shoulder

Sx- Acne
