• Age less than one year
• suspected serotonin syndrome

(IM) undiluted preferred lateral thigh

Adult: 4mg if I’ve access cannot be obtained
May be repeated once after 20mins if required

• An antiemetic
• Blocks serotonin receptors centrally in the brain and peripherally in the GI Tracy reducing nausea and vomiting
