- Customer satisfaction, complaints or loyalty

The ability to change operations in a way
Ways the business can manage their operations
Product flexibility: Being able to switch production from one to another
Volume flexibility: Being able to change the level of output
Mix flexibility: Being able to produce a wide range of alternative versions of a particular good/source
Delivery flexibility: Being able to adapt quickly to changes in turning and volume
