GI: nausea & vomiting,
Depression, sedation, withdrawal, respiratory effects, overdose, death

What are the risk factors for opioids?
A
Combination with CNS depressants
Renal insufficiency / Age>65
Pregnancy

When do you take opioids?
A
Only when NSAIDs and Paracetamol are not sufficient (mild to moderate pain)
