What are the steps of surface preparation?
Clean facility
Clean wet rag
Clean dry rag
Facility must be dry before paint application
Is it required to paint the entire MSA?
No
At minimum what do you do to a MSA
Touch up damaged paint
Paint areas not pre-painted
What do you do when encountering an existing MSA
Paint bare metal
Rust
what is the application of primer and paint ?

Ensure complete coverage
