full assessment order should be …

A
  1. questionaries, forms, preliminary health screening, risk assessment
  2. anthropometrics and body comp
  3. assess other non-taxing aspects of fitness: flexibility, posture, balance, reaction time, dexterity
  4. maximal or submaximal aerobic test , is maximal it is the last test b/c of recovery time, if submaximal it is done right after body comp and non demanding assessments as a warm-up for other assessments
  5. anaerobic test
  6. MSK tests b/c they allow for the best recovery , alternate btw. upper and lower body
  7. max aerobic testing if applicable
