Why did you celebrate Shabbat?
To remember that God had created the world and he rested on the seventh day, it is believed that if every Jew complete Shabat perfectly on two consecutive weeks that the massage I will come it takes place in the home and the synagogue

What is Yom Kippur?
It is the day of atonement, it is a Shabat and also a day of fasting it is when God says the book of judgement choose the paint their sins and God forgives them, restoring the relationship between the people and God

Why is the celebration Pesach significant for Jews today?
It celebrates freedom from slavery, opportunity to give thanks to continue tradition, remembers arriving in the promised land

Pass over , takes place in early spring for 8 fats ( 2 days rest)

The Seder , to remember the escape of the Jews from slavery in Egypt

1. Charaset- paste from space/ nuts = mortar used for pyramids Bitter herbs and salt water = bitterness and tears of slavery 2.Matzrah- unleavened bread = left Egypt in a hurry 3.Lamb bone= blood on doors to stop plague
