A

What are the characteristics of a 5 minute rating?

A

Observing workers on site for a minimum of 5 minutes or 1 minute per worker and documenting if they are being effective or not and documenting any important notes. Then calculating the total man units, the number of effective units, and calculating the effectiveness.
