Q

what do muslim say about the design argument

A

the world is in perfect balance and is ordered to sustain life
and due to the earth having complex and independent parts in which make it whole it could only be created by an all powerful being which can only be god

“indeed in the creation of the heavens and the earth…, who remembers Allah”

Q

what are oppositions to the design argument

A

some people say that the reason why everything is in order is due natural selection or the survival of the fittest by which the strongest animals survive creating order

some say that the world isn’t in order due to the suffering in the world as this proves that there is no designer or god because a good god would not have designed and allowed bad things such as natural disasters and evil to occur in his creation
