  2. The Day of Judgement- everyone is resurrected to be judged on actions throughout their life and are given a book of their deeds if the book is placed in their right they enter heaven though if the book is placed in their left hand they enter heaven to be punished
  3. Heaven and Hell - people who have kept their faith in god will be rewarded will heaven and those who havent will be punished in hell (non believers)

1. God created Adam from clay and breathed spirit into him 2. God gave Adam knowledge and taught him the names of everything 3. God told the angles to bow to Adam out of respect 4. Shatan (devil) refused to bow to Adam because he thought as he was made of fire he was better and disobeyed God 5. God created Hawwa (eve) as a companion for Adam and they lived together in the garden of Bliss 6. God told Adam and Hawwa that everything was at their disposal except the fruit from the forbidden tree 7. Shatan deceived both Adam and Hawwa into eating the fruit and God punished them by expelling them to earth 8. God forgave Adam and he became the first prophet

a good role model for Muslim because of his great faith and obedience to God

what is the story of Prophet Ibrahim
1. when Ibrahim was a young man many people worshipped statues and idols 2. Ibrahim questioned their beliefs and decided there was only one God who had created everything 3. Ibrahim became determined to stop idol worship. One day he took an axe and destroyed all the idols in the temple of his town 4. People were furious and demanded that Ibrahim be burned alive. He was thrown into a huge fire but the fire only burned his chains and he walked out of it alive as God had protected him

Why is Prophet Ibrahim important
1. He rebuilt the Ka'aba (known as the house of god and the holiest place in Islam and is located in Makkah) 2. He sacrificed his son to God , he had a dream in which God asked him to sacrifice his son, Ibrahim was willing to do this and just before he carried out the sacrifice God stopped him and told him he had passed the test. To celebrate this Muslim sacrifice an animal on eid-ul Adha

"gods messenger" name is within the Shahadah and is recited in every prayer Revelation - grew up in Makkah and would sometimes visit a cave and pray the day a angel Jibril came to him with the Quran and said "read" then over the next 22 years the Quran was releveled

. The leader of Shia islam is called the Imam . The leadership of the Imams is called the Imamate . There are 12 Imams in total it is believed the 12 Imam is hidden by god and will return in the future . All of the Imams are related to Prophet Muhammad

muslim believe there are other holy books revealed by God though these books have been have corrupted or disorted so do not hold the same authority as the Quran 1. The Torah - revealed to Musa (moses) 2. The Psalms - revealed Dawood (david) 3. The Gospels - revealed to Isa (jesus) 4. The Scroll of Abraham - revealed to Ibrahim, these no longer exist
