List the phases of project management.
- Initiation
- Planing
- Execution
- Monitoring and Control
- Closure
Explain the Initiation Phase of Project Managment.
At this phase the value and feasibility of the project is measured, and two tools are used for it
1. Business Case Documents, that justifies the need of a project and also includes the potential financila benefits of the project
- Feasibility studies, when the project requirements are compared agains available resources, the timeline, and cost of the project are also eximined to see if it is worth it to move on with the project.
A project must pass the two test above to be given the green light
Explain the Planning Stage phase of project management
Once a project is green lit a plan must be made to ensure the team is on time and on budjet, good plans usualy involude directions for the team on how to obtain:
* resorces
* required materials
* Financing
also Directions on:
* Communication with steak holders
* handling risks
* producing quality output
Also good plans also give the teams on how to overcome obstacles during the project
Explain the Execution of phase of project management
At this stage team leaders allocate resources and keep teams focused on task in order to build diliverables and satify the customers
Explain the monitoring and control phase of project management.
As teams execute the project plans they must ensure contantly monitor thier progress to avoid factors like scope creep, bad perfomance or deviations form the alocated time cost, this is to ensure that what was promissed is what is dillivered.

Explain the Closure
At this phase the final product is dilivered to the customer and resources are released, the project is also documented and evaluated, so that the team can learn from the projects short commings and successes to apply in future projects
