Explain the problem of setting goals and how to solve it.
The project goals must be clearly defined and realistic, failure to set clear goals can lead to poor resource and stakeholder management.
Solution: Use frameworks to set goals for example
1. SMART => Specific Measureable Atttaible, Relevand and Time-bound
2. Clear => Collaborative, Limited, Emmotional, Appreciable, and Refinable
Explain the problem of scope creep and how to solve it.
This when the requiremnts of a project change from the agreed requirements of the project at its initiation
Soluitng: One way of avoiding scope creep is using methodologies like Scrum to allow the team to focus only on specific goals at a time.
Explain the problem of budget changes and restriction, and the solution to it.
Scope creeps can do thesame to the project budget
solution: Project managers have to always consider the possibility of scope creep during the planing stage, to make sure the project is always on budget
What is the problem of Lack of Commution and what is the solution?
Lack of commucation can lead to:
* task not beeing allocated efficiently
* Stake holders not beeing kept in the loop
* and The team not working together well
solution:
Ensure you bring you team together and settle any internal problems they may have internaly.
What is the problem of mismatched team skill and what is the solution?
Projects can fail due to tasks not being assigned to the right team members witth the right skills and motivations
solution: Asses you team so you know what each membercan do and is motivated by and assign task based on skills and workload
