Explain the Organization tip os seting expectations early
At the begining of a project you are to explain to your team what you expect from them including:
* What task they should do and who is responsible for which task
* The quality of work expectd
* And how teams should communicate with each other

At the very begining of the project the scope of the project must be difined to do this you will have to understand the project:
* dilverables
* timeline
* cost
* available resources
* stakeholders

If your are new to project management it is advisable to use avaible templates rather that re-inventing the wheel, this will eneble you to save time and stress

Follow the roadmap, provided by the project plan but alway ask you self:
* Are task beign completed effectively
* should more empasis be placed on certain task
* Are the time lines still realistic?
* Are there still enough resources for the project etc.

Always set time limits for project tasks, but also ensure that the team member in charge of the task can coplete it with quality and efficency withing the time limit you provide to them.
