Q

KU:However there have been increasing threats to press freedom as journalists and bloggers are often harassed if they try to report on the alleged corruption within the ANC. A:This is important because it means that in South Africa people may have the right to participate in Free Press but when it comes to the party that is like in charge of their country and it may be corrupting/bad they get threatened if they try to get information on it showing that at points they cannot participate in their right to freedom of press. E:Overall this is an effective method of participating as people can write whatever they would like to and share their opinions wherever freely. This means that South Africans can freely publish articles without getting into any sort of trouble.
