Moderate/ Mild - Cover for gonorrhoea if appropriate (ceftriaxone 1g IM stat) - Cover for Chlamydia (doxycycline 100mg BD for 2 weeks or azithromycin 1g every week) - Cover for anaerobes (Metronidazole 400mg BD for 2 weeks) ALWAYS treat the partner - If severe admit to inpatient
