field experiment
rang up and asked if wanted take part, all went to training session given verbal instructions, and a brochure to take with
all told to give praise, positive reinforcement and visual instructions
then observed after 2 week, all told improve postive reinforcement to 25%

boys in experimental condition enjoyed playing more, rated more coaches higher and rated relationship with teammates higher
improve from previous year in self esteem from control group, but decline in control
