A
We learn our characteristics from other people, mainly those we hold in high esteem.

Lewin’s theory: We are born with traits that can be adapted and used according to the situation.
Hollander’s Model:
1. Our Core: our beliefs that will not change.
2. Our Typical Responses: how we tend to respond to situations.
3. Our Role-related Behaviour: how a play or specific situation changes behaviour to meet situational demands.
