Assoc with severe bleeding. PPH, hysterectomy
Major risk factors: placenta praevia, prior C sect

A

Prophylactic internal iliac artery balloon
Caesarean hysterectomy
Blood loss > 3L expected
Conserv management +plus methotrexate ?
