A

idiopathic
Collagen vascular disease
Systemic infection

Symptoms

A
Minimal to no eye redness 
Severe, boring eye pain. 
-Awakens patient 
-May radiate 
-Worsens with eye movement 
-Tearing 

Blurry vision

Signs

A

Need to do a dilated exam!
Chorioretinal folds that run horizontally. Not as much tautness to the retina. Like a rug folded up
Proptosis
Restricted motility
Hyperopia (because globe is pushed forward)
Peripapillary T sign on B scan. (fluid between Tenon’s capsule and sclera creates a squaring off of the interface between the ON and sclera)

Complications

A

Choriodal detachment
Retinal pathology
Optic disc edema
Glaucoma secondary to increased IOP
