A visual food selection model providing advise on healthy food choices and portions. Also including advise on no added salt, lots of water and lots of excercise.
WHAT THREE LEVELS IS THE HEALTHY LIVING PRYMID BROKEN INTO, INCLUDING EXAMPLES
bottom level (eat most) - veggies, beans and lentils, dried beans, cereals, bread, fruit and nuts
middle layer (eat moderately) - lean meat, eggs, fish, chicken-no skin-, yoghurt, milk, cheese
top layer (eat in small amounts) - oil, marg, reduced fat spreads, butter sugar

with the Healthy Eating prymid for lacto-ovo vegos. Replacing mean with tofu etc.
