Stage one

A

C must be suffering from a recognised medical condition not ordinary human emotion (Reilly v Merseyside health authority). This just be caused by an assault on the senses (Sion v Hampstead health authority)

Stage two

A

Was c a primary or secondary victim. Primary victims are in the zone of danger and fear for their own safety. Secondary victims are not in the zone of danger but witness the event.
