63 year old woman who is a lifelong smoker is diagnosed with non-small-cell lung cancer. What is the most likely/commonest presenting symptom?

A

Cough(45%)

This is followed by breathlessness (37%), haemoptysis(1/3), anorexia&weight loss(1/5). 15% can be asymptomatic.
