  can’t due to the Pharyngeal spasm

• if the px. Has No rabies → Vaccine [so it is pre-exposure prophylaxis ] - if px. Has rabies → give IVIG + monitor the dog’s behavior [because if the dog has
  rabies ; after the bite → will die]
