Condition due to vasospasm of digits in response to cold stimulus or stress

A
White - inadequate blood flow
Blue - venous stasis
Red - rewarming hyperaemia

A
When raynaud’s phenomenon is idiopathic

A
Keep warm and avoid smoking
CCB first line, phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors, prostacyclins
