What actions do pilots/aircrew members take to aid in untwisting suspension lines and/or risers?
Reach up behind their head and spread the riser groups with their hands and vigorously kick.
What is the difference between a full and partial inversion?
A full inversion is when the canopy opens inside out and a partial inversion is when there is a figure eight instead of a circle.
This procedure is the last resort pilots/aircrew members should use to clear a line over.

Mark the affected aircrew member’s mask bayonets with a permanent marker to enable you to verify later if the mask was worn correctly.
What must happen if any AFE fails or malfunctions or contributes to a physiological mishap?
The details must be documented in the formal report and the AFSAS.
Although class E events do not require findings, why would a finding be required?
To input a recommendation into the AFSAS.
