Skin on russet potato’s mixed with butter and cream. Mashed with sautéed cabbage, scallions, parsley and S&P

Offer ketchup , lightly dusted with truffle salt
Braised red cabbage and pears

Cabbage braised in balsamic vinegar and brown sugar reduction. Pears are peeled brushed with sugar butter and baked.
Fall&Winter only served with pork chop
Brussel Sprouts
SPROUTS
Brussels sprouts roasted with bacon Peacans and drizzled with herb vinaigrette
Fall&winter olive oil can be substituted and bacon omitted to make vegetarian
Green bean and fingerling potato salad

French beans and fingerling potatoes tossed our caper Dijon dressing topped with fresh corn and kalamata olives
Reggiano cheese and parsley
Black beans brown rice
BB RICE
Organic black beans cocked in Mexican spices and bay leaves. Contains sour cream. Served over steamed brown rice.
Topped with chopped red onion and cilantro
Arugula salad
ARUGULA
Local organic wild arugula tossed with herb vin
Topped with fresh cracked pepper and flake salt
Honey glazed carrots
CARROTS
Steamed then pan roasted in olive oil and fresh thyme. For service they are finished with organic butter and honey and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Garnished with parsley. This item is only served when short ribs are available butter may be removed

Organic brown and wild rice nut mix, veg guac, golden raisins parsley curried sherry vinaigrette
