how to improve sleep…

A
  • keep your bedroom cool (17*) and quiet
  • keep electronics out of your room (light interferes with sleep)
  • get off screens >1hr before sleeping
  • get enough exercise (30mins)
    finish exercising >1hr before sleeping
  • have a warm (milky) drink to help you settle (or a small healthy snack)
  • avoid caffeine after around 2pm (chocolate, coke, energy drinks, coffee)
  • set a routine (go to bed around the same time each day)
