If trauma explains everything…
…it explains nothing. That’s not insight—it’s inflation.
Blaming your childhood forever…
…is a great way to stay exactly the same.
At some point, the most traumatizing thing is…
…talking about trauma all the time.
Not everything painful needs to be excavated…
…some things need to be outgrown.
One bad night isn’t trauma.
It’s just a Tuesday I wouldn’t repeat. I’ve already moved on.
Still digging for root causes?
Cool. I’ll be over here building a life.
Healing isn’t remembering better…
…it’s choosing better.
If everyone’s addicted and traumatized…
…maybe the diagnosis isn’t insight. Maybe it’s a cultural crutch.
Self-awareness ≠ self-obsession.
Don’t mistake looping for growing.
Gabor wants to talk about your mother.
I’d rather talk about your momentum.
Your story isn’t your sentence.
It’s your script. You can flip the page any time.
Past pain is real…
…but it doesn’t get to narrate the rest of my life.
Trauma may explain the start.
But you decide the ending.
Pain isn’t identity.
It’s just feedback. Don’t turn it into a personality.
You can’t logic your way out of trauma.
Cool. But you can outgrow it.
This isn’t resistance.
It’s discernment. I don’t let everyone dig through my soul.
Talking about the past for years…
…won’t make you want the future more.
Growth doesn’t require excavation.
Sometimes it just requires a new direction.
Not every pattern comes from pain.
Sometimes it’s just momentum—and I’ve already turned.
You’re not stuck because you’re wounded.
You’re stuck because you’re still staring at the wound.

If I got struck by lightning…
I wouldn’t sign up for a course on how to avoid thunderstorms. But if sitting through this is required to leave the building, I’ll sit.
