what is the definition of stress?

the non-specific response of the body to any demand made on it

initial perception of the stressful situation, the autonomic nervous system is activated causing physical symptoms

when the body attempts to deal with the stressors , if its not removed by reverting to homeostasis , the body with resist sympathetic nerve

what is the exhaustion stage?

the continued presence of stressors will prove too much for the body causing symptoms such as depression , high blood pressure may result in death if not dealt with

what is the definition of the anxiety ?

subject feeling of apprehension and heightened psychological, arousal (feelings) associated with fearries and doubts (thoughts)

somatic

what is somatic anxiety?

physiological arousal increase adrenaline= increased heart rate

what is cognitive anxiety?

psychological response, worry inability to concentrate , fear of failure
