Democratic leadership is another type of leadership. Democratic leaders are much more consultative and seek the views and thoughts of subordinates/team members. Participative decision-making is encouraged.

A
Laissez-faire is another type of leader ship. It is a kind of distributed, delegative leadership. These type of leaders take a ‘hands-off’ approach and give authority to subordinates to make their own decisions within groups and manage their own workloads.
