Titration
A
1) measure out a known volume of alkali (25cm^2) into a flask using a glass pipette
2) fill the burette with acid and record the initial reading
3) add a few drops of phenolphthalein into the alkali (it will appear pink)
4) open the burette tap to slowly add acid into the flask, swirly regularly
5) when the indicator appears colourless record the final reading on the burette
