A

As they cause an area to have less shops and leas job opportunities, making the area unappealing meaning people are less likely to move there (making it decline)

As in Rural areas land is much cheaper so they may be able to buy an office for a far lower price

Why is businesses moving to rural areas sometimes a bad thing?
As if businesses move to rural areas this means all of their workers will also move, this means for more people will be demanding a house in a rural area, making the cost of houses rise due to higher demand

Why is quality of life often worse in rural areas?
Quality on life is often worse in rural areas due to there being less schools and less hospitals nearby, as well as often worse living conditions
