Fresh frozen plasma- correct clotting defects eg DIC, warfarin OD, liver dis, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura.
Human alb solut- hyoprot eg liver dis and nephrosis. Repl in abdo paracentesis.
cryoprecipitate source of fibrinogen.
Coagulation conjugates, self injec in haemophilia.

Early- haemolytic reac, anaph, bacteria, febrile reac, allergic, fluid overload, lung inj.
Delayed after 24hr- infec, iron overload, graft vs host, purpura (v low pl).
