A
Drugs that increase the activity of serotonin in the nervous system.

What did Somoro study show in relation to SSRI’s treating OCD ?
A
Somoro conducted a meta-analysis combining data from 17 studies that compared SSRI’s to placebos, in treatment of OCD and concluded that all studies showed significantly better results for the SSRI’s than for placebos

What is a weakness of drug treatments for OCD (Goldcare 2013)
A
Some psychologists believe the evidience favouring drug treatments is biased because the research is sponsored by drug companies who do not report all the evidence.
