How do we perform this manouver?

A
  • Set heading bug on HSI on our desired final heading
  • Initiate turn
  • Increase throttle a little
  • Around half an inch to maintain the pitch and the speed (medium cruise)
  • Angle of bank will be set by selecting the mark which indicates 3º per second
  • maintain this position cross checking the instruments and the Stick
  • To turn smoothly, we anticipate with a 1/3 of the bank angle
