A

treaty was negotiated as part of the end of WWI and placed majority of blame for the war on Germany and made Germany responsible for most of the reparations that other countries demanded for damages that occurred during the war. Limited Germany’s army and forced them to give back land that they had taken

Zimmerman Telegram was a secret diplomatic communication issued from the Germany that suggest a military alliance with Mexico and Germany. Germany said it would help Mexico reclaim land it lost in Mexican-American war
