Autonomic and Somatic nervous system.
What function does the Sensory-Somatic Nervous have? (2)
Focuses on the external enviroment.
Controlls voluntary and involunatary skeletal muscle movement
What function does the Autonomic Nervous System have?
Focuses on internal enviroment and controls “automatic” functions of the body’s internal organs.

What parts of the brain control the Autonomic Nervous System?
Hypothalams & medulla oblongata.
What does the Sympathetic system control?
fight or flight response.
Which system controls the nurotransmitter norepinephrine?
Sympathetic system.
What does norepinephrine do?
Activates the amped up stress response.
Which system controls the neurotransmitter acetylcholine
Parasympathetic system
What does the parasympathetic system control?
The Rest and digest response.
