a real estate practice where agents manipulate homeowners to sell their properties at below-market prices by falsely claiming that a racial or ethnic group is moving into the area, leading to a perceived decline in property values
gentrification
poor urban area is changed by wealthier people moving in, improving housing, and attracting new businesses, typically displacing current inhabitants in the process.
