What happened in experiment 13?
The experimenter was called out of the room and the confederate recording the experiment suggested to the ppt that they should increase the shock levels, which was the normal procedure but ppts didn’t know that
What were the results of experiment 13?
- 16/20 ppts didn’t obey instructions - when they refused, the recording confederate told them to switch roles so he could give the shocks - ppts tried to block him
- 4 went to 450v
