What is the (primary) process of turning wheat into flour

A
  1. The wheat is cleaned using things like sieves, spinners, scourers
  2. Then the wheat is washed in water and spun dry, the moisture content is monitored and controlled
  3. Then it’s blended with other types of wheat of different grades and moistures
  4. It’s grinded between break rolls and turns the wheat into flour
  5. The flour is treated with improvers and fortified
