Mainly asymptomatic 
If large worm burden then:
Dysentery and failure to thrive
Anaemia
Rectal prolapse 

Common co-infection with other worms

A

Unembryonated eggs in stool

Adult worms seen on colonoscopy or on prolapsed rectum
