Fact: Kahlo hats used oil paint as it is highly pigmented

This is shown in the bright orange sun and bold red speaker

Effect: it’s creates an attractive and for painting as your eyes drawn to the strong colours of the Sun and speaker along the painting to stand out

Evidence: Oil paint takes a long time to dry this allows for blending of different tones shown on the pipes coming out of the factories
