What is peer review?
When other scientists check each others results to make sure they are correct and factual before publishing
What are 4 problems caused by scientific developments?

What is a hazard?
Something that could potentially cause harm
What is an example of a systematic error?
Measuring from the end of the ruler instead of the 0 mark everytime
What is an example of a random error?
Human errors in measuring
What is an example of a zero error?
If a scale measures 1 gram before you put anything on to it
What is an anomalous result?
A result that doesn’t fit in with any other result
What is the difference between positive correlation and negative correlation?
Positive correlation: as one variable increases the other increases
Negative correlation: As one variable increases the other decreases
How do you convert between kg and g?
From kg to g you multiply by 1000
from g to kg you divide by 1000
